"I love the Dailygreatness Yoga Journal because it reminds me to walk my talk and really take care of myself. It gets really busy when teaching weekly classes and workshops, organizing retreats and training etc...and sometimes the hardest thing for me is to actually find time for my OWN practice. It is my life line, my love, my passion and I find myself sometimes putting everything else before that, putting everyone else before ME. Now the Dailygreatness Yoga Journal is the first thing I open in the morning, not my email or facebook, but MY Yoga Journal. It feels so good to just writing my thoughts down. :) So thank you Lyndelle, I think all of my students will thank you too ;)"

A Personal Message from Satu.....
My love relationship with yoga began over 14 years ago. It felt so good to find something that was crucial in letting go of the competitive mentality, ego and other issues. I played championship basketball for Finland and the Nordic countries during my teens and yoga brought a whole different power aspect to my life. It gave me peace within myself after many years in the competitive world of basketball.
I started with Ashtanga practice and my current practice is Vinyasa based Flow Yoga and calm Yin Yoga. I started to teach yoga and pilates in 2004 with 2000+ teaching hours. I am a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher, RYT-200 (Tiffany Cruikshank Vinyasa Yoga 200h).
I specialise in dynamic Flow Yoga and love to spice things up by mixing elements from pilates and dance. My own teaching style has developed over the years and now I feel I have found my path, my voice as a teacher. I read the energies of my students and trust that my intuition will bring us to the exact practice we need at that very moment. In my opinion the most important thing is to teach from my own practice, honestly and straight from my heart. Not too much planning but having the courage to teach with an enormously open and receptive heart, turning fear into love.
I have an extremely curious mind and I'm constantly educating myself with interesting workshops and studying by myself. I try to motivate my students to find their own practice on and off the mat with a smile on my lips and through my eyes! I mix my given gifts with all the other natural gifts, sun, rain, the students, energy in the room, music, and the universe to co-create an experience of authenticity.
My inspiration is always and forever LOVE and of course my students.
Yep, that's me. Nice to meet you.
